Go Royals!

Glenmore Christian Academy has a proud athletic reputation both internally and in an extra-curricular fashion. Our Athletic Director, Ken Miller, has been with the school since 1981 and has established championship teams in Track & Field, Basketball, Volleyball and Badminton.

Our sports teams (grades 7 to 9) compete in the Calgary Independent Schools Athletic Association (CISAA) against approximately 30 other schools. They are split into three categories based on school size (J, JJ & JJJ). Glenmore Christian Academy competes in the JJJ category (160-325 students). The CISAA is a part of the South Central Zone with approximately 70 schools split into the same categories, along with a fourth category (JJJJ) for schools with 326+ students. The GCA Royals compete in both the CISAA League and against teams in the South Central Zone.
